Eico ST40 Vintage Tube Integrated Amplifier Estate Item Rough Needs Restoration

  

This is an Eico ST40 Vintage Tube Integrated Amplfier. It sat in storage for many years. Could use a good deep cleaning. Some surface wear from being moved around. Corrosion on the inside with heavy dirt.

Bottom cover plate is missing most of its screws. The plate is just being held on by a few. Rear fuse holder cap is not original. Rear power outlets are chipped off some. Operationally tube audio equipment is not my area of expertise but briefly checked this out.

It does power up, the tubes illuminate, and was able to get audio out of the first output strip that is off to the left. But I was not able to get audio from the two outputs off to the right. So it has some life but is untested beyond that. Tubes are in unknown condition but seemed dim to me.

So this one is a project. Good for someone who likes restoring old tube audio equipment.
