Fisher X-1000 EL34 Tube Integrated Amplifier Restored Amazing Condition 1960

  
Very rare EL-34 based Fisher X-1000 tube integrated amplifier. Fully restored about 5 years ago by a tube specialist and little used since.

Fisher states 110 watts power for these in period literature. It is the most powerful flagship of the Fisher's integrated amplifier being well sought.

Not to be confused with X-101 versions. The restoration included replacing basically all capacitors - electrolytic, coupling etc, and many resistors - at the underside picture this can pretty clearly be seen in all the blue and orange caps (displays excellent professional work). Output and power transformers are very solid original dated 1960. Knobs and faceplate jewels are original.

New output tubes (4) EL-34. Small tubes are a mix of new and vintage. Remote control plug has been internally bypassed - no need for the dummy plug and problems it can cause. It runs cool, sounds good and has always been trouble free. The flaw this has is scratches in the faceplate near the F in Fisher and lower left corner - see pictures. As stated above at arrival.
