Heathkit EA-2 Mono Integrated Tube Amplifier Works Recapped

  
Had some painting on bottom as shown, lettering is faded but legible in good light. Says "All caps replaced" on bottom. Played ok in quick test on line level input, volume a bit low, but didn't hum. Probably need some tubes replaced.
