The amp powers up and sounds very nice. I did a quick test of each of the inputs and all sounded very good. The power switch is faulty and has been jumpered into the on position. You may want to use a power strip for on and off.
The output tubes look to be Mullard and are marked as Made in Great Britain. The capacitors all look to be original and should be replaced for even better sound, reliability and longevity. Overall, a very nice sounding, mostly-original amp that could use some geeral maintenance and restoration.
