This amplifier is unique in so many ways. First it uses Pure Class A Triode PreAmplification via 3ea.6SN7 tubes with a life expectancy of 5000+ hours.. The amplifier exhibits the transparency, delicacy & color of a 300B with thunderous, deep & controlled bass of a good solid state amp. I have driven large, 3 way/4 driver, 4 ohm speakers to wall flexing volume with tons of headroom & no stress or compression. 5 way binding post & 8 1/4 high with a weight of almost 56lbs!!! 3 Line Level Inputs with Tape Out...

The ST30se offers absolute listening quality through simplicity of design and pure "Class A" operation. This is achieved by using a very simple design, high quality construction and our unique transformers designed and manufactured "in house". Previously, affordable Single Ended designs have been low powered at around 9-13w. The excellent new KT150 valve enables more than double this power for the same cost.
