This appears to be an unmodified, early 1960's Scott 222C stereo amp. I planned on having a tech look it over and replace any caps or resistors in need of repair.I retired early and then the pandemic struck so this piece has no place in my home. I have hooked it up a couple of times since last fall and it sings. I tested all inputs except the phono.
The tubes all test strong and appear original or at least period correct. 4 - 6BQ5's = General Electric. 2 - 7199's = H.
4 - 12AX7's = Telefunken (2), General Electric (2). 1 - 5Y3GT = Sylvania. As can be seen in the photos, the lower left-hand corner of the faceplate has a bend.Otherwise, lettering is good, and the amp is in generally pristine condition. This amp will be packed with extreme care. The item "Scott 222C Integrated Stereo Tube Amp, Works Great! Read Description" is in sale since Tuesday, June 2, 2020.
