Approved Products Inc Model 21-7095 Integrated Amplifier. The amplifier comes with the original wood case.
The amp is from the estate of a ham radio operator. I briefly tested the amp. It powered up fine on a variable autoformer. I injected an audio signal and it sounded very good, but had scratchy controls and dirty tube sockets. As you can see, the amp has all original capacitors and no doubt the unit needs a full restoration for reliability and longevity. The amp has a nice quad of Amperex Bugle Boy 6BM8 output tubes. They look and sound good but I have not tested them on a tube tester.
