Greetings vintage audio lovers and collectors! For your consideration is a Monacor 4 watt tube amplifier made in Japan.

This is a very cool piece that can be operated in monaural or stereo configuration with the flip of a switch. It's basically a miniature integrated amplifier with left and right channel volume controls and a master tone control as well. It has its original tubes and operating instructions with schematic and dimensions. PLEASE NOTE : CAUTION : This is a HOT CHASSIS amplifier!

The chassis IS NOT GROUNDED. IF YOU TOUCH THIS AMPLIFIER WHILE IT IS POWERED UP. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ELECTRICAL SHOCK!

PLEASE, make sure you contact a knowledgeable technician or have experience with type of electronics before attempting to use it! That being said, this old amplifier is in great cosmetic condition.

I don't see any signs of electrical failure in the circuitry. I'm just not adventurous nor knowledgeable enough to test it. Please look closely at the attached images!
