1959 Hoffman Model 1112 Push Pull EL84 / 6BQ5 Integrated Mono Tube Amplifier

  

I restore a lot of tube consoles and I had never come across a made in Los Angeles Hoffman Console before, but I'm impressed by this unit. Quality controls and frankly nothing was wrong with it, but I replaced the wax caps (coupling+) except for the one that feeds the tweeter. It has two outputs to speakers - one full range (green wire) and one (red) with that last wax blocking cap for the console tweeters. It has two RCA inputs - one for Aux and one for Phono (phono is ceramic high level) and both are working.

The treble control has a switch that allows you to switch between the two inputs that flips a switch at the end of travel. I've got all domestic tubes in it that are green on my BK-667 tube tester.

I will include the speaker plug that also has 6.3VAC lamp wires in it (taped off), and the original solid brass faceplate. If you want to pick it up, I can stage for you to see and hear.
