The bias is very stable at -19 volts. There is some dust on the transformers and chassis. The top cover is missing because this amp was mounted in a cabinet. Both channels sound excellent and are well balanced, the phono input is very good as well. All inputs and lights work fine.
No scratchy or noisy switches or controls. The output tubes test low but they still work fine, there is a very light hum when no music is playing, the hum is not noticeable when music is on. The output tube shield is also not included, it was not needed in the cabinet installation. Very clean chassis with no rust. This amp was mounted verticaly inside the cabinet so no dust settled on the chassis over the years.
Original amp that still works, comes with all tubes. You can use it the day you recieve it and restore it / make it better later. Excellent FM tuner from the Golden Age of Hi Fi.
