ALPINE LUXMAN LV-103u Vacuum tube integrated amplifier Used From Japan. This integrated amplifier inherits the concept of the LV-103 but has been improved. Like the LV-103, it has a hybrid configuration of vacuum tubes and MOS-FETs, with FETs used in the first stage, a triode tube in the pre-driver stage, which requires high voltage resistance and linearity, and a MOS-FET in the final stage. By configuring all stages with voltage-controlled amplifier circuits, current distortion is eliminated and high-purity power is achieved.
