Up for sale here is a Ketch Audio MDI-90A integrated amplifier. The design is based on 4 KT90 tubes operated in either the 60W Ultralinear or 35W triode mode.

The higher power Ultralinear mode provides higher driving power for harder to driver speakers. While the lower power triode mode is ideal for speakers with easier load and a warmer sound. Other tubes used in the amps are 2 6SL7 and 2 6SN7 operated in class-A triode mode. Both top-performing small-signal and driver tubes. There is a little scratch during transportation, as shown in the attached picture #9, #10.

All point-to- point hand wiring. Japanese Blue ALPS volume pot.

A, all triode front end. Output circuit ultralinear or triode switchable. 4x KT90 matched output tube. 2x 6SN7 output driver tube. 65w RMS in ultralinear mode. 35w RMS in triode mode. Signal to noise level -90db. 20Hz-20kHz +0 - 0.5db at all. Total harmonic distortion less than 0.05% 1kHz.

Suitable for 4 and 8 ohm loudspeakers. Japanese steel EI transformers with low oxygen copper. Custom hand wound output transformers. High quality 2W metal film & wire-wound resistors. Ceramic valve holders for minimum leakage.
