Critical coupling and bias capacitors have been replaced, Bias set at 32ma. 12AX7's are tested 90% or better used USA tubes. The balance meter runs to one side and needs service, We did not try to repair. Cabinet lower corners are damaged as well as a large ding on the left top. Two 1/4 jack's have been added to the back, Have no idea what they are for didn't check. Measures 16"W X 12"D X 5.5 H.
